For many people, coffee is one of life’s reliable pleasures: a morning ritual, a social moment, or a welcome lift before a walk or exercise session. But as we get older, it is worth asking whether the same cup of coffee affects our sleep, heart, digestion and medicines in quite the same way.

Coffee, heart rate and blood pressure
