We do not knowingly request sensitive personal information, including health information about you specifically, through this website. 4. Newsletter subscriptions

Newsletter subscriptions are managed through Brevo. When you submit the subscription form, your email address and related subscription information are processed by that provider on our behalf.

We use a double opt-in process. After submitting the form, you must confirm your subscription using the link sent to your email address. You are not added as a confirmed subscriber until that step is completed.

You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter email or by contacting us.

5. How information is shared

We do not sell or rent personal information.

Information may be processed by service providers that help us operate the website and mailing list, including:

• AWS, for newsletter subscription management and email delivery;
• our website hosting provider;
• technical and security providers where reasonably necessary.

Some providers may process information outside your country of residence. Where this occurs, we take reasonable steps to use reputable providers and appropriate contractual or privacy safeguards.

6. Cookies, embedded services, and analytics

The website may use essential technical cookies or similar technologies required for normal operation, security, and embedded services such as the newsletter subscription form.

We do not currently use behavioural advertising or advertising cookies. We also do not currently use a separate audience-analytics service. If non-essential analytics, advertising, or tracking tools are introduced, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated.

Newsletter information is retained while you remain subscribed and, where reasonably necessary, after unsubscribe to maintain suppression records, consent records, security records, or legal compliance.

Enquiries and technical logs may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for administration, security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

You may withdraw newsletter consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before consent was withdrawn.
